Everything you need to know before you book
Managed by AK Caravan Letting. There is no agency in the middle — contact us directly and we'll answer any questions you have.
Booking direct with us
Send an enquiry with your dates, we'll confirm the caravan is free, and then we'll take you through payment and confirm your stay in writing.
£100 refundable deposit
Direct bookings carry a £100 refundable security/damage deposit. It's returned once the caravan has been checked after your stay.
Bring bedding and towels
Duvets and pillows are provided. You'll need your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Play Passes are separate
Haven Play Passes are not included with a private booking. Once we confirm your stay, we register guests with Haven. You can then usually buy passes separately through My Haven or the Haven Experience app where available, subject to Haven's pricing, availability and terms.
Arrival details in advance
We'll send check-in instructions, the park registration details and how to find the caravan before you travel.
