Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?

Yes. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you'll need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Lots of guests find it easiest to pack bedding the night before and load it straight into the car.

Are Haven Play Passes included?

No. For a private booking we register guests with Haven once the stay is confirmed. You can then usually buy Haven Play Passes separately through My Haven or the Haven Experience app where available, subject to Haven's pricing, availability and terms.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, the caravan has Wi-Fi, and there are Bluetooth speakers in the living room if you'd rather have music on.

How much parking is there?

There's parking for up to three cars, which works well if two families are travelling together.

Is there a deposit?

There's a £100 refundable security/damage deposit on direct bookings. It's returned after the caravan has been checked following your stay.

Where exactly is the caravan?

It's a privately owned caravan on Haven's Hafan y Môr park near Pwllheli, North Wales. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and two minutes to the on-site mini market.

What should we bring?

Accepted Answer

Bedding and towels, tea towels, toiletries, any food and drink you'd like to start with, and warm layers and waterproofs if you're coming in autumn or winter.
